Personal data: such as name, email address, and payment details. These are only shared with our booking app MOSTFOUND, with you as a user, and with Google Analytics (privacy-friendly settings).
Technical data: such as IP address, device and browser information, usage logs, and user activity.

3. Purposes & legal grounds

Providing and improving our SaaS service (performance of the contract).
Compliance with legal obligations (legal obligation).
Analysis and security of our service (legitimate interest).
Consent for things like newsletters, if applicable (consent).

4. Sharing with third parties

Data is only shared with: our booking app MOSTFOUND, Google Analytics (privacy-friendly), and, if applicable, payment processors within the EU.
If data is processed outside the EU, we use standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards.

We retain personal data as long as your account is active, unless you request deletion. After deletion, data is removed within a reasonable time, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
